Hey guys, I just sent in a file to be approved!

That means it's almost time for me to order paperback proofs!
I'd like to know, would anyone out there be interested in ordering a copy directly through me and pay via PayPal or Points? I was planning on charging $14.99 via Amazon, but if you go directly through me, I'll charge $10 (US shipping included) and sign your copy along with a little swag!

Would anyone want to reserve a copy? Some of you already have one so you don't need to sign up.
